Have you heard about the benefits of using a magnesium spray? This is something that is quick and easy to put together. I am not a doctor, I am only sharing my experience and my research. If you are interested or may have concerns, contact a medical professional. Magnesium is an essential mineral that plays a vital role in many of the body’s functions. From muscle to bone health, magnesium is major to overall well-being. While many of us get magnesium through our diet, many people are turning to magnesium supplements in the form of sprays, oils, and lotions for a more direct and easier way to absorb this vital mineral.

Benefits of Magnesium

Improves Muscle Health

Magnesium is well known to help relieve muscle tension and cramps. In a spray form, it can help reduce spasms or cramps for people who get them while they sleep.

Supports Relaxation

Magnesium can sometimes be referred to as the “relaxation mineral.” Magnesium helps regulate stress hormones like cortisol, and it supports the production of serotonin, which promotes feelings of well-being and calm.

Better Sleep

As magnesium plays a big role in the body’s natural sleep and awake cycle, it’s no surprise that a spray can help improve sleep quality. Magnesium helps the body produce melatonin, a hormone that controls sleep cycles, regular use of magnesium spray can aid in healthier sleep habits.

Boosts Energy Levels

When magnesium levels are low, you may experience symptoms of fatigue, weakness, and low energy. Using magnesium spray can help restore magnesium levels quickly, which can, in turn, boost energy and reduce the feeling of fatigue.

Post-Workout Recovery

For anyone who experiences muscle soreness after physical activity, magnesium spray can be a game-changer. Magnesium helps reduce inflammation, supports muscle repair, and promotes faster recovery. By spraying it on sore or tight muscles after exercise, you can relieve discomfort, improve flexibility, and speed up the recovery process.

How to Make Magnesium Spray

Get a spray bottle, a dark glass bottle is best, whatever size you want, like these. Then you want equal parts distilled water and magnesium chloride flakes. Bring the water to a boil and add in the flakes, stir until dissolved, this only takes a few minutes. Let cool and you can add a few drops of essential oil if you desire, I used this one and it smells great. Carefully pour into bottles and put a cap on. Shake and it’s ready to spray. The best abortion would be to spray on the bottom of the feet for overall benefits. If you would like to relieve muscle aches, then apply directly to the area. Start with a couple of sprays and you can do more as needed.

Some people may experience a tingling sensation when sprayed on and that is normal. If you have any concerns, contact a medical professional.

The measurements below are reference for me using 2 4oz bottles.

1 cup distilled water

1 cup magnesium chloride flakes

3-5 drops essential oil

2 4oz glass spray bottles

Funnel, if desired

Conclusion

Magnesium spray offers an easy and effective way to support your body’s magnesium levels, helping to improve muscle function, reduce stress, promote relaxation, and support overall well-being. Whether you’re looking to reduce cramps, get better sleep, or enhance your post-workout recovery, magnesium spray can be a valuable addition to your self-care routine. With its easy absorption and wide range of benefits, it’s no wonder that magnesium spray is quickly becoming a favorite health supplement for many.
