I love my husband and little guy! He is just starting Kindergarten and I am NOT ok! I have no idea how time went so fast! — everyone says that but its true!

My husband and I have been together since high school and still going strong, 18 years later!

I work full time but have wanted to start a blog for years! It just always seemed to take a back seat with other life event happening. I finally decided to do it and here we are!

I wanted to share my journeys in my interests and hopefully it will help someone with their project or knowledge. I love to DIY and renovate my house.

Crafting has been a passion of mine since I was little. It was something our mom did with my sisters and I to help fuel our creative minds and help calm us down. Unfortunately it has slowed down since my son was born but I am slowly getting back into it.

Last year, I started my own sourdough starter! It has been a labor of love to grow it and start making my own bread and other yummy baked goods. Well “try” other baked goods.. some didn’t come out as I’d hoped.

I feel like I’ve had issues being motivated to do things in the past, just things around the house or that seems boring. I’ve found some tips and tricks that help me get off my rump and start doing actions to get things done. I.e. this blog is one of them!

I also LOVE to read, and I am 100% one of those women who reads trashy romance novels. I use the term “trashy” instead of spicy because that’s how my mom used to refer to them and she’s the one that got me reading. So yeah, I read smut books. I have my favorites and will always recommend those to someone if they want any.
